As a member and supporter of our society we sometimes have special promotions in the form of discounts, free tickets or give-away’s, special guest passes, etc. Each screening may have special society membership requirements for a member/supporter to attend and the most common are listed below
Co-Presented Theatrical Screenings are currently shown at the Vancouver International Film Centre and require a VIFF membership
Special Promotional Theatrical Screenings may or may not require a membership depending on whether the theatre is part of a society or not
Community Partnered Festivals are usually run by societies and always require a membership unless there is a special classification obtained for the screening and membership may be waived
Any screening offered directly by the Vancouver Foreign Film Society will require our Society membership both Theatrical and Private
